• Account information: when you create an account we collect your character name, password and e-mail address.
• Purchases: for in-app or web purchases we store the purchased items, transaction identifiers and purchase history, to deliver the content, prevent fraud, provide support and keep the Game working. Purchase data is linked to your account and is not shared with third parties except to process the payment or where the law requires it.
• Device identifiers: we may collect device-related identifiers to secure accounts, prevent fraud and ban evasion, and keep the Game working.
• Gameplay and support data: we analyse gameplay data and support conversations to improve performance, balance and the overall experience.

How we use it

• To provide and maintain the Game: create your account, save your progress and run the multiplayer world.
• To provide support: answer your questions and resolve issues sent through the ticket system, the forum or the contact form.
• For security and safety: prevent cheating, enforce our rules and take disciplinary actions (bans, kicks) against players who violate them.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law (for example a court order), and with the hosting providers that run our servers.

Retention and deletion

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your personally identifiable information from our servers immediately. See account deletion.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
