Message of the day

You can now apply to join the staff team from the game menu (Apply for staff). The form has 30 questions listed one under another; every answer is saved the moment you enter it, so you can finish it later. All questions and the declaration must be completed before you can submit. The staff team reads every application and will contact you. The staff members of the administration team who are currently inactive and have had their ranks removed were demoted because they were not meeting the standards and conditions I expect from Smith, did not pay enough attention to tickets, and were not active enough in the game. Nevertheless, I would like to give my special thanks to Tajan and Dehset for all the help they have given me. I truly appreciate their support. I only wish they had been able to stay more active and help me more. Hello, dear fellow players. This is Smith. I hope you’re all doing well. First, I want to thank Musti, JohnCina first of all, and other my staff team who are exists at this moment. Some of you truly are wonderful people. Unlike certain idiots who exploit the game’s vulnerabilities for their own benefit, you don’t take advantage of loopholes for personal gain. For that, I sincerely thank all of you genuinely good players. As for the pathetic players whose entire purpose seems to be cheating and scamming, who think only about themselves and their own interests, you are absolute scum. I have been suffering for a week. I had surgery, and they made three incisions in my abdomen. They cut into the narrowed part of one of my internal passages and reconnected it somewhere else. They also removed a piece of my body. I had tubes and wires attached all over me, and my surgery lasted more than seven hours. But thankfully, I’m here today to tell you that I’m doing okay. Honestly, after the surgery on Friday, I thought I wasn’t going to make it through this in good shape. But the next day, with the help of my family, I managed to stand up and take two or three steps. I didn’t even have the strength to talk. My shoulder, my body—everything hurt. They also performed robotic surgery on me. Now I’m doing somewhat better. I still have pain around the stitches, and my shoulder and some other parts of my body are still hurting, but thankfully, I’m doing well today. For the first two days, I didn’t eat anything. I was completely devastated and exhausted, as you can imagine. Anyway, the doctors told me that my condition is improving, and today I finally came home from the hospital. However, my treatment isn’t completely finished yet. I still have one small procedure left to remove the stent in my body, and I’m waiting for the results of the tissue they removed from me. After the stent is removed, the doctors will finally be able to determine whether the surgery was truly successful. Exactly six weeks from now, I’ll have the procedure to remove the stent. But don’t worry, it’s only a one-day procedure, so I don’t think it will wear me down too much. Even while I was in the hospital, I was still thinking about my work and about you, my valuable players. I missed you. I missed my game, my work, my family, and my wife so much. Now I’m both happy to be back and angry at this blind community. As you all know, our community isn’t exactly a community we should be proud of. There are always people looking for ways to cheat, always people looking for drama. They insult people behind their backs while putting on a nice face when they speak to them directly. Unfortunately, that’s the kind of community we have. I’m not talking about everyone. If someone recognizes themselves in what I’m saying, then they already know who they are. For an entire month, people exploited the marriage exploit and turned the game into a playground for their own abuse, generating tens of thousands of items such as grenades, life_potions, shields, 9mm bullets, and other items through the exploit. One of the excellent members of the administration team, JohnCina, informed me about what was happening, and I had to deal with all of this while I was in the hospital. I had my phone with me, and using a system I had configured remotely, I managed to get the situation under control as much as I could. I jailed and banned those disgusting players and wiped their inventories. But for a while, I’m honestly upset with all of you. You put me under stress while I was already in this condition. You didn’t think about what I was going through. So I’m going to stay angry with you for a little while. I’m sorry. And please, stop opening tickets for completely unrelated or unnecessary things. We receive 400–500 tickets a day for no reason, and around 70% of them are pointless. You can ask each other questions and learn from one another. The administration team is not obligated to teach you every single thing. Everything you need has already been written—and continues to be written—in the Help and Changes sections. Have a good day, everyone. Take care of yourselves, blind community.

iPhone and iPad

Life in Nature is not on the App Store yet. The iPhone and iPad version is still in development, so there is nothing to download for iOS at the moment and any App Store link you may find elsewhere does not lead to the game. Windows and Android are available today, and the same account works on every platform, so anything you play now will be waiting for you when the iPhone version arrives. We will announce it here, on the community forum and in the game as soon as it is out.

Get started in three steps

  1. Install the game. Windows: download the ZIP, unpack it anywhere and run the game; the sounds (about 700 MB) download on the first start and resume if interrupted. Android: install it from Google Play. iPhone and iPad: the version is still in development and is not on the App Store yet.
  2. Create an account. In the game's main menu, or here on the website in one minute; the website sends a code to your e-mail and the game server creates the account. The same name and password work in the game and on the community forum.
  3. Learn the basics. Press F1 in the game for the key list, read the game guide, and ask anything on the community forum. New characters are protected from player attacks until you switch the protection off yourself.
