Staff never ask for your password or verification codes, and they help through tickets and the in-game chat rather than private trades.

What the ranks mean
- Developer

- Reviews and approves new maps before they go live, and leads the building team.
- Investigator
- Follows the cheat detectors, multi-account alerts and ban evasion, and prepares cases for the administrators.
- Moderator
- Responsible for players and tickets, assists the administrators and helps people in the game.
- Economy Warden
- Watches trading, the casino, auctions and the courier league, and investigates item duplication and scams.
- Event Host
- Runs the lotteries, raffles, word games and auctions, and keeps the event calendar alive.
- Support Officer
- Answers support, account and payment tickets and keeps the help knowledge base up to date.
- Suggestion Curator
- Reads every game suggestion, answers the player, merges duplicates and reports what players want most.
- Localization Moderator
- Checks player-made languages and translations, and removes the empty or abusive ones.
- Builder
- Builds maps and integrates them into the game.
- Guide
- Welcomes new players, answers "how do I" questions and passes real problems to the moderators. No punishment powers.
Want to join?
Applications are made from the game menu ("Apply for staff"). Every application is read by the developer and the masters; accepted members start with a trial period. We look for patience, honesty, regular activity and a clean record.
