Zero Hour Assault shop

Your purchase arrives in the game by itself, usually within a few seconds, and you hear a confirmation. If you are offline it is waiting for you at your next login.
Fair play comes first: nothing on this page makes a player stronger in a fight. Health, damage and speed are the same for everyone, and everything that matters in combat can be earned by playing.
How it works

Zero Credits
Zero credits are the currency of the in-game store. You also earn them by playing: kills, match wins, missions and the daily calendar. Buying them saves time, it does not buy anything a free player cannot get.

Help and terms
When do I get what I bought?
Normally within a few seconds after the payment. If you are in the game you hear a sound and a message with your order number. If you are offline, it is delivered 3 seconds after your next login. You can check every order on the Your purchases page, and in the game under Game menu, Your purchases.
I paid and nothing arrived
Look up the order on the Your purchases page first. If it says paid, it is safe and will arrive at your next login. If it is missing, or something is wrong, open a ticket in the game or contact us with your order number, which starts with ZS. We answer every case.
I typed the wrong player name
We check the name against the real accounts of the server before you pay, so a name that does not exist cannot be charged. If you bought for the wrong existing player, contact us with the order number before that player logs in and we move the order.
Can I buy a gift for a friend?
Yes. On the buy page, enter your friend's player name as the receiver and tick the gift box. If you add your own player name, your friend hears who the gift is from.
Which server do I choose?
Choose Windows if you play on a computer. Choose Android and iPhone if you play on a phone. The accounts of the two servers are separate.
Why is PayPal more expensive?
PayPal charges us considerably more for small international payments. The card price is the normal price.
Refunds
Digital items are delivered immediately, so a purchase cannot be returned once it has arrived in the game. If a payment was taken and the order could not be delivered, you get it delivered or your money back. If a payment is reversed by the bank or by PayPal, what was bought is taken back.
Banned accounts
Purchases for an account that is banned for breaking the rules are not refunded.

The shop is run by AudioWander, the makers of Zero Hour Assault. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We store the order, the player name and the payment reference, and no card details. See the privacy policy.
