Premium treasures, part four

What is new

The credit shop has seven new premium treasures: a luxury yacht, a hot tub and sauna, a personal chef, a serenade troupe, a golden entrance, a royal feather bed and a picnic hamper.

The first time you use one, it leaves your bag and is bound to your account for good, so it can never be lost, dropped, traded or stolen. After that, open the game menu, choose Village life, then More to do, then Premium treasures 4. You can also type slash treasures4.

None of them make you stronger in a fight or faster in a race, and none of them make points, credits or items.

The luxury yacht, 2500 credits

Your own yacht with a captain and crew. It moors at seven harbours: the long southern beach of the village, the jetty on Pearl Island, Seabright pier in Palmera Bay, the harbour quay of the Harbour Market District, the golden beach of Carnival Bay, the ferry pier on Coral Reef Island and the fisherman's jetty at Old Lighthouse Cape.

Stand within thirty steps of one of them and open the yacht, or press shift and enter right on the spot at every harbour except the village and Pearl Island, where shift and enter keeps opening the harbour menu.

Invite someone near you aboard. They get a question and can say yes or no. Up to seven guests can come.

Choose Sail to, and a harbour. The voyage takes a minute or two and it is a real trip: the engines, the waves, dolphins, whales, gulls and the crew. While the yacht is at sea everyone aboard stays on deck and cannot walk away. When she arrives, everyone walks down the gangway at the new harbour.

The sunset cruise sails around the bay and back to where you started, and everyone aboard comes back rested and warm.

On deck, anyone aboard can look out to sea, raise a glass, ask who is aboard and how long is left, and once per voyage take a glass of iced lemonade and a canape from the steward's tray, which eases your thirst and hunger a little. The owner can sound the horn and pop one bottle of champagne per voyage: everyone aboard gets a glass, and it is real champagne, so it goes to your head a little.

Give your yacht a name, and read the captain's log: voyages, sunset cruises, guests carried and harbours reached.

The crew needs five minutes between voyages. Guests who are too far away, in a fight or in a vehicle when the yacht sails stay ashore.

The hot tub and sauna, 1200 credits

Stand inside a home you own and choose Install it here: the tub stays there for good, and you can move it or take it out whenever you like. You can also set up the portable tub anywhere outdoors for twenty minutes, once every thirty minutes.

Anyone standing next to it presses shift and enter to get in. Up to six people fit.

While you soak, every fifteen seconds the water heals you a little, gives you energy and warms you up. The sauna warms more, the hot tub rests you more. The owner can switch between the two. The water does not heal you while you are in the middle of a fight.

In the water you can lean back and relax, pour water on the hot stones for a wave of heat, splash everyone, and say something to everyone in the water.

You decide who may get in: everyone, only the twenty names on your guest list, or only you.

The personal chef, 1000 credits

Once a day your chef cooks you a fine meal. Choose from twelve dishes, such as lobster thermidor, beef wellington, a sushi platter or a seafood paella. You hear the kitchen and the pan, then the meal is served.

It takes away all your hunger and thirst, heals you, gives you a lot of energy, and you stay well fed for three hours: you do not get hungry or thirsty in that time. The lobster thermidor, the beef wellington and the spaghetti with clams come with a glass of wine, which goes to your head a little. The chef does not cook while you are asleep or in the middle of a fight.

Instead of eating it yourself, you can have the meal served to a friend within eight steps.

Once a week, throw a dinner party for everyone within ten steps, up to twelve people. Three courses are served one after another. Every course really fills you, so even a guest who has to leave early has eaten, and after dessert every guest leaves full and refreshed. Guests who are dead, in an arena, in jail or in the middle of a fight are not served.

Choose your chef from six: Antoine, Giulia, Hiroshi, Amara, Mehmet or Rosa.

The serenade troupe, 700 credits

Send musicians to any player in the world. Choose the player, choose one of eight tunes, and choose words of dedication, like Happy birthday, or write your own. The musicians appear where your friend is standing, say your words, and play. Everyone near your friend hears the music.

You can send the troupe out once every fifteen minutes, and the same player can be serenaded once every five minutes. You can also have the troupe play just for you.

Someone who got a serenade can thank the sender from Premium treasures 4.

If you would rather not get serenades, switch Accept serenades off in Premium treasures 4. Everyone has that switch, owner or not.

The golden entrance, 600 credits

Every time you arrive on a map, and when you log in, everyone within forty steps hears your entrance and a line announcing you. Choose from eight styles: a golden fanfare, a horn from the hills, golden sparkles, soft golden chimes, a royal bell, a round of applause, a cheering crowd or a bright little bell.

It rests for a minute and a half between entrances, and it does not ring in arenas, jail or while you are hidden.

If you would rather not hear other players' entrances, switch Hear golden entrances off in Premium treasures 4. Everyone has that switch, owner or not.

The royal feather bed, 450 credits

It is there whenever you sleep. You recover energy twice as fast, and three times as fast in your own home.

While you sleep you dream, one dream every two and a half minutes. You can switch the dreams off.

Switch on Wake me up when I am fully rested, and a soft bell wakes you the moment your energy is full.

Ask for a bedtime story whenever you like, or ask how rested you are.

The picnic hamper, 400 credits

Lay out a picnic anywhere outdoors, once every two hours. It lasts twenty minutes.

Anyone who presses shift and enter next to the blanket can sit down, up to ten people.

Everyone on the blanket can have one sandwich, one glass of lemonade and one slice of cake per picnic. The sandwich and cake take away hunger, the lemonade takes away thirst, and the cake gives you some energy. If you are already full, or not thirsty, the picnic keeps your share for you until later.

Lie back and watch the sky, or raise a toast to everyone.

On a journey

The portable hot tub and the picnic cannot be set up on a journey: on board a plane, on the bus, on a boat or on a yacht at sea. A plane cabin and a bus are not outdoors.
