Flights and the skyport

The Skyport is the airport of the region and the hub of an air network. From it, aircraft fly to 16 destinations, and back again. A destination appears on the booking menu once its airport is open.

Getting to the skyport

Walk to the east side of the village. The airport shuttle stop is on the country lane, around 430 to 434, 320 to 324, a little south of the lane to Sunflower Valley. Stand on it and press shift and enter.

The shuttle leaves you at the main doors of the terminal. To go back, walk south out of the doors to the forecourt and press shift and enter at the shuttle stop.

The terminal

Terminal hall: the check-in desk is on the west side, around 12 to 36, 20 to 23. The departures board is around 44 to 48, 26 to 29. The courier corner is in the south west, around 8, 10.

Arrivals hall: in the south east corner. Planes from every destination let you off here, and the arrivals exit leads straight out to the forecourt. The lost luggage desk is on the east side of the arrivals hall, around 114 to 118, 12 to 15.

Security: the only way north into the departures concourse is through the security checkpoint in the middle, around 55 to 65, 30 to 34. Press shift and enter there to be screened; the officer tells you which gate is yours.

Departures concourse: the duty-free shop is in the west, the Voyager's Bazaar stall is in the middle at 60, 40, and the Skyport cafe is in the east. Press shift and enter at the cafe counter to buy coffee, juice, cookies or toast for points, up to six a day. Have it here at a table and you eat or drink it straight away, or take it away in your bag.

Business lounge: north of the cafe, through the door around 98 to 102, 58. Press shift and enter at the lounge desk, or anywhere in the lounge, to check in. While you stay inside, your energy comes back, and the free buffet serves coffee, juice, a cookie, toast or chicken soup to your armchair, up to four a day. The lounge is open to business class passengers and to Gold and Platinum frequent flyers.

The gates

Gate 1, narrow body jets, including Aurora Isles: at the far north end in the middle. The boarding door is around 56 to 64, 74 to 78.

Gate 2, twin turboprops for the short hops: in the north west corner. The boarding door is around 12 to 20, 74 to 78.

Gate 3, wide body jets for the long routes: between gate 2 and gate 1. The boarding door is around 33 to 41, 74 to 78.

Press shift and enter at the boarding door of your gate.

Destinations

Islands and the sea: Aurora Isles, 10 minutes. Port Solenne, 7 minutes. Azure Atoll, 11 minutes.

Mountains and valleys: Sakura Valley, 12 minutes. Snowcrest Resort, 6 minutes. Misty Highlands, 6 minutes.

The far north: Fjordheim, 9 minutes. Glacier Station, 12 minutes.

Deserts and canyons: Marrakai Medina, 8 minutes. Pyramid Valley, 9 minutes. Caravan Crossroads, 10 minutes. Redstone Canyon, 7 minutes.

Jungles, wild country and cities: Emerald Basin, 11 minutes. Savanna Reserve, 10 minutes. Bayou Town, 8 minutes. Neon Harbour, 9 minutes.

Flights of 7 minutes or less use a twin turboprop, up to 10 minutes a narrow body jet, longer ones a wide body jet. Each sounds different.

Tickets

Buy a ticket at the check-in desk. Choose book a flight, then a region, then a destination, then economy or business and a window or aisle seat. Economy costs 250 points and business class 600 points for each minute of flight time, so Aurora Isles is still 2500 and 6000. Business class gives you a hot meal of your choice, lounge access and priority boarding. You can choose your meal at the desk after buying.

Route of the week: one route is 20 percent off every week, on top of your frequent flyer discount. It is marked in the booking menu and on the departures board.

A flight upgrade voucher from the Voyager's Bazaar turns an economy ticket into business class at any desk. If you still carry it when you board on an economy ticket, the gate agent takes it and seats you in business class, as long as a business seat is free.

You can hold one ticket at a time. You can cancel it at a desk and get the points you paid back.

Boarding and the schedule

Flights to Aurora Isles leave every five minutes, all other routes every ten minutes. The departures are spread out, so from the Skyport something leaves about every 40 seconds. A flight only operates if someone holds a ticket for it.

Economy boards four minutes before departure. Business class and Platinum card holders can board five minutes before.

Boarding calls come to you anywhere at the airport you fly from, the lounge too, if you hold a ticket.

Everyone on the same flight sits in the same cabin, so you can talk to each other. Several flights can be in the air at once, each with its own cabin.

The departures board

The board in the terminal hall, the desks, the flights menu and the command /departures all show the live board: flights in the air and what they are doing, recent landings, and the next departure on every route, out and back, with its status: scheduled, boarding, or boarding but only flying if someone books.

On board

Press shift and enter in the cabin for the cabin menu: flight status and who is with you, your seatbelt, the in-flight entertainment, the trolleys, and the view from the window.

You hear the whole flight: boarding, the door closing, the safety announcements, the engines starting, taxiing, the take-off roll, lift off, the wheels folding away, the climb, the seatbelt chime, the captain, the engines at cruise, maybe some turbulence, the trolley, the descent, the flaps, the wheels coming down, touchdown, reverse thrust, taxiing in and the doors opening. People near the airports hear the planes take off and land.

Window seats hear the view as it passes: leaving, over the sea and the land, and the first sight of where you are going. From an aisle seat you can lean over and look from the cabin menu.

While the seatbelt sign is off you may unfasten your seatbelt and walk about the cabin. The galleys are at the front and back, the toilets at the back on the right. Choose use the toilet in the cabin menu and you are shown there: it empties your bladder and bowels like any toilet, and you wash your hands. You are left standing at the back; choose go back to my seat when you are ready.

While cruising in smooth air you can ask the crew for a cup of water, up to three on each flight, and you can recline your seat and sleep: your energy comes back while you sleep, faster with a travel pillow, and the crew wake you for the descent.

The drinks and meal trolley brings a free drink and a free snack, served at your seat. You eat and drink them there and then, so they really help your hunger and thirst. Business class can choose a hot meal with dessert, or gets the meal they chose at the desk served first: it waits on your tray until you choose eat your meal in the cabin menu, and if you have not eaten it by landing, the crew wrap it and it goes into your bag.

The duty-free trolley sells perfume, hats, umbrellas, towels and sweets for Voyage Tokens, up to three things on each flight.

NO SMOKING. Every flight, the toilets included, and the whole inside of the terminal are no-smoking. Light a cigarette on board and the smoke detector goes off: the crew put it out at once, so it does you no good, and you are fined 1000 points, 1500 the second time and 2000 after that, but never more than you have. The second time on the same flight the crew also keep your lighter until you land, and hand it back at the door. Inside the terminal a security officer puts it out and fines you 300 points, more if you do it again the same day. You may smoke outside on the forecourt.

The aircraft may pass through bumpy air. The seatbelt sign comes on; if you are walking about then, you may lose your footing. It does not hurt you, and a flight attendant helps you back to your seat.

In-flight entertainment

Open it from the cabin menu once you reach cruising height. It has four radio channels with news, the captain's tales, comedy and bedtime stories, a fifth channel with a guide to where you are going, the flight map with your height, speed and time to go, and the in-flight quiz.

The quiz asks five questions about the destinations. Three right answers win 2 Voyage Tokens, five right win 3. You can win the prize twice a day, and play once on each flight.

At the destinations

You land at the airport on the south edge of each destination, at 160, 20. The departure desk for flights back to the Skyport is six steps south, at 160, 14. On Aurora Isles you land at 200, 30 and the desk is at 200, 24.

At the desk you can buy a ticket back to the Skyport, or a connecting flight: you fly to the Skyport, and when you land there your ticket on to another destination is ready, with 10 percent off the second flight. Board it at its gate.

Your passport gets a stamp when you land. Your first landing at each destination gives you 5 extra Voyage Tokens.

Lost luggage

Now and then a suitcase is unloaded in the wrong place. If it happens to you, you hear it straight away when you land. The suitcase is somewhere around that airport and has a beeping tag: follow the beeps, stand on it and press shift and enter. The flights menu and the lost luggage desk tell you how far away it is and in which direction. Find it within 20 minutes and the airline says sorry with 150 points and 2 Voyage Tokens. It can happen at most once a day.

Round the world challenge

Land at every destination on the network. When you have landed at every open destination, and at least 12 are open, you earn the title Round the world flyer, 25 Voyage Tokens and 3000 bonus miles. Your progress is in the flights menu.

Frequent flyer card

Every flight you finish earns 100 miles for each minute of flight time in economy, 200 in business class. It also gives you 5 Voyage Tokens and season pass experience; longer flights give more experience.

Silver, from 5000 miles: 5 percent off every ticket and a free upgrade to business class after every 8 flights.

Gold, from 15000 miles: 10 percent off, 25 percent bonus miles, lounge access with any ticket, and a free upgrade every 6 flights.

Platinum, from 40000 miles: 15 percent off, 25 percent bonus miles, lounge access, priority boarding with any ticket, and a free upgrade every 4 flights.

Free upgrades wait on your card until you use them at a desk.

Leaving the game on board

If you leave the game during a flight, you come back in your seat if the plane is still in the air. If it has already landed, you step off at the arrival airport and get your miles then.

If the server restarts, the flight waits for its passengers and carries on from where it was.

Premium travel, new

Open it from the flights menu, premium travel, or from any desk.

Private jet charter, 300 credits

Buy it in the credit shop and use it once: it is bound to your account, so it can never be lost, dropped or traded. At the Skyport check-in desk or at any departure desk, choose charter a private jet. Fly to any open destination, back to the Skyport, or straight from one destination to another. The jet leaves within about a minute and flies faster than the airliners.

One charter is one flight, one way: booking the jet uses it up, and the way back needs another charter or a normal ticket. Charters never expire, and if you have several they add up. The flights menu, premium travel, tells you how many you have.

Invite up to three friends standing at the same desk. They get an invitation menu and board with you for free.

You fly in your own quiet cabin: four cream leather armchairs, every one by a wide oval window with extra views, a lounge sofa and a marble washroom. Your personal steward serves champagne, canapes, fresh strawberries or a hot meal, up to three treats each on a flight, enjoyed right there in your armchair, up to three glasses of iced water, and a warm towel and blanket that leave you fully refreshed. The champagne is real: it goes to your head. You hear the whole flight as on the airliners.

Everyone at the airports you leave from and fly to hears that your private jet is departing. Players can switch these announcements off in premium travel.

Skyport platinum pass, 1200 credits, 30 days

Use it once to start it; it is bound to you. Another pass adds 30 more days on top.

Business class at the economy price on every flight. Priority boarding. Lounge access at the Skyport, and up to six free drinks a day, served to you at any flight desk or in the Skyport lounge. Double frequent flyer miles. Your luggage is never lost. The title Platinum flyer is read out in the cabin welcome announcement, when you board, and in your private jet announcements. One private jet charter is included with every pass.

The flights menu shows how long your pass has left, you hear it when you log in, and you are warned a day before it ends.

Travel comforts, point shop

Travel pillow, 2500 points: keep it in your bag. On every flight, while you sit in your seat after take-off, your energy comes back quickly.

Noise cancelling headphones, 4000 points: keep them in your bag and use them to switch them on or off. On flights the engines, the take-off roar and the turbulence rumble are silenced; you still hear the crew, the chimes, the doors and every announcement.

Luggage tag, 1500 points: keep it in your bag and your suitcase is never lost on a flight.

Commands

/flights opens the flights menu: your ticket, your flight and the in-flight entertainment, premium travel, the departures board, the route of the week, the round the world challenge, lost luggage, your frequent flyer card and this help. It is also in Village life, More to do.

/departures shows the live departures board. It is also in the flights menu.

New on 23 september 2026

The travel planner (/planner) works from anywhere and sells mobile tickets; round trips make the flight back 15 percent cheaper; the Grand Tour books up to three destinations in one go. Choose your exact seat on the seat map at any desk; rows 11 and 12 are exit rows with extra legroom. Invite friends at the desk to fly together: seats side by side and 25 percent more miles. Every destination has its own weather, and bad weather can delay a flight at the gate, with compensation when you land. Travel insurance is offered when you buy. The Diamond card level starts at 100000 miles, every card level gives a title, and award miles buy upgrades, lounge passes, companion tickets and a plaque on the Wall of Fame in the miles shop. The lounge has nap pods, a shower suite and a concierge. On board: talk to your seat neighbour, call a flight attendant, visit the flight deck after landing, and listen to radio channels 6 to 8. At every destination: tourist information at the desk, a sightseeing card, postcards, and your standing there. Read the page The travel planner and your travel companion for everything.

DIRECT FLIGHTS, MORE AIRCRAFT, CABIN CREW (24 September 2026)

Direct flights: every destination now has direct flights to 3 to 5 other destinations nearby, mostly in its own region, with a few bridges between regions (for example Fjordheim to Misty Highlands, Marrakai Medina to Port Solenne, Caravan Crossroads to Amber Steppe, Tea Highlands to Floating Markets). You no longer have to fly back to the Skyport in between. At a destination's departure desk choose Direct flights from here. They leave from that same desk every 10 minutes, take 6 to 9 minutes and cost the usual 250 points a minute in economy and 600 in business, with your card discount. Board at the desk when boarding opens, 4 minutes before departure, 5 for business and Platinum.

Departures from this airport, on every destination desk, reads the flight back to the Skyport and every direct flight with its next departure. The main departures board lists the direct flights under each destination.

More aircraft: the airline has 48 cabins instead of 16. If every aircraft is ever busy you are no longer turned away: you wait in line at your gate or desk and the crew board you automatically the moment an aircraft is ready. Courier packages you carry get the time you waited in line, and the time a flight is delayed at the gate, added back to their deadlines.

Cabin crew: work real flights as a flight attendant, for pay, ranks and titles. See the page Cabin crew and railway stewards, or type slash crew.

Pets and cars: a pet walking with you cannot come on board. It waits at the airport and runs back to you when you return, or choose come along in your animals menu once you have landed and it is sent on to you. Cars cannot be set down or driven inside an aircraft cabin; a car found there is towed to the Skyport forecourt.
