Help and discovery - finding everything the game has

Life in Nature has hundreds of things to do. This part of the game helps you find them. Open it from the game menu, Village life, More to do, Help and discovery, or type /discover.

What can I do here

Type /here. You hear where you are, the places close by, the nearest important place, and up to five things you can do right there. Choose one to start it.

How do I start

Type /howto for one line about every big feature, or /howto and a word to search, for example /howto car.

Feature of the week

Every week one feature that deserves more players is in the spotlight. Type /fotw to hear it. Try it during the week, then collect a small bonus from the same menu, once a week.

Getting around and earning

Type /getthere for every way to travel (planes, the shuttle, trains, the underground, taxis, coaches, bikes, horses, trails) and the places they reach. Type /jobs for every job and way to earn points in one list.

Search your bag

Type /bagfind and part of a name to find something in your bag; choose it to hear what it is and where it comes from.

What is new

When the game is updated you hear the three newest changes at login. Type /whatsnew for the whole latest list.

Events and the calendar

Type /eventcal for upcoming events, with the time in several parts of the world. From your third day you can suggest an event; the staff approve it. You hear a reminder 15 minutes before an event starts (you can turn these reminders off in Privacy options, announcements, community news from the team).

Suggestions

Type /suggest to read player suggestions and vote for the ones you want, from your second day. You can send one suggestion a day. When a suggestion makes it into the game, everyone hears it with the name of the player who suggested it.

Known issues

Type /known for the problems the team already knows about. You do not need to report those again.

Help and support

Type /support. It tells you how many staff and volunteer helpers are online and how fast tickets are answered. New players can call a guide from there. You also find the rules in short (/rules10), appeals (/appeal) and the status of your staff application (/applystatus). When staff answer one of your tickets you hear a sound and a message, also at your next login if you were away.

Community

Type /polls: vote for the helper of the month, answer player polls, send a story to the story contest, and invite friends. Helpers and staff can type /welcomeshift to welcome new players. Community ambassadors use /ambsay to tell players of their language about news.

Your web page

Type /webprofile to switch on a public page with your titles and trophies, which you can share with friends. Type it again to remove the page.
