The airport shuttle

A shuttle van runs between the village and the Skyport. It is a real ride: you

board it, it drives for around a minute and a half, and you hear the road go

by. It does not teleport you.

Where to catch it

The village stop is on the country lane at the east side of the village,

around 430 to 434, 320 to 324, near the sign for the Skyport.

The Skyport stop is just past the arrivals doors, on the forecourt, around

58 to 62, 1 to 2.

Stand on the stop and press shift and enter. A short menu opens.

Choosing to climb aboard puts you in a seat in the shuttle. The doors close,

the engine starts, and the shuttle sets off. You will hear the driver pull

away, the country lane, the airfield fence coming up, and a "next stop"

announcement before the shuttle pulls in. You stay seated for the whole ride;

you cannot walk around or get off early.

If you leave the game, disconnect, or the server restarts while you are on

the shuttle, you pick up again from the same point in the journey when you

come back.

If you start watching another player while riding, the ride keeps going in

the background; when you stop watching you are still in your seat, with the

same time left to go.

Press shift and enter again at any time while riding to hear how many

seconds are left.

If you do not want to wait for the ride, the boarding menu also offers an

express transfer for 300 points, taken from your points the moment you

choose it. It sets you down at your destination right away. There is no

free way to skip the ride; the express transfer is the only shortcut, and it

always costs points.

/shuttle shows this information and where the stops are, and tells you if

you are riding right now.
