Mentions, ticket messages and the new message buffers Official

Recent versions of the game add two message buffers.

Tickets: all messages about your support tickets, such as staff replies, topic changes and status updates, are shown in a separate tickets buffer.

Mentions: when another player says your name in a chat channel, you receive a short note in the mentions buffer with the name of the player, the channel and the time. The message itself is not repeated. Mention notifications can be turned off in the privacy options of the game.

On the forum, write @name in a post to mention a member.
