Vanilla Milkshake: rent our music bot for your own TeamTalk server 📌 Pinned Official

For a long time our own TeamTalk server has had a music bot in it, and the question we get most often is: can I have one too?

From today you can. The bot is rented by the month at audiowander.com/tt_music_bot and we host it ourselves, so there is nothing for you to install. You give it a user account on your TeamTalk server, it connects, joins your channel and starts playing.

What it does

* Plays from YouTube by name or by link, with a queue, search, history and a vote skip.
* Internet radio and IPTV: single addresses, m3u, m3u8 and pls lists. Upload your own list from the panel and it plays straight away.
* Your own files, kept in your own media folder on the bot.
* Round the clock mode: when the queue runs dry or a stream drops, your fallback station goes back on air by itself.
* A daily schedule: start a station or a list at the same time every day.
* Repeating announcements, and a station jingle between tracks.
* Loudness levelling, so a quiet track and a loud one arrive at the same volume.
* Effects: bass, treble, pitch, reverb, speed, and a set of ready-made presets.
* Voice control: say the wake phrase into your microphone and ask for a song. The wake phrase is yours to choose.
* Games and community extras: trivia, wordle, hangman, polls, scoreboards, birthdays.
* Everyday tools: translation, weather, currency, crypto, dictionary, wikipedia, news.
* Moderation: DJ mode, request cooldowns, a word blacklist, a spam limit you set yourself, and automatic banning of proxies and data centre addresses.
* It answers in your language -- Turkish, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Polish, Dutch.
* More than a hundred and eighty commands, all listed with /help inside the channel.

The control panel

Everything above can also be done from the website, which matters when you are not at your computer or not in TeamTalk at all. You log in at audiowander.com/tt_music_bot and you can:

* start, stop and restart the bot;
* send it any command, or make it speak in the channel;
* upload an m3u, m3u8 or pls list and play it or keep it;
* change the server, the channel, the name it shows and the language it answers in;
* set the spam limit and add a wake phrase for voice control;
* listen, from the panel itself, to exactly what the bot is playing at that moment;
* read its log and renew your month.

The panel is built the way this website is: every control has a label, every table has proper headings, and nothing on it needs a mouse or JavaScript.

Money and the month

It is a single monthly payment by card (Stripe) or PayPal. There is no setup fee and nothing is signed: if you do not renew, it simply stops. A week before your month ends we send one e-mail with a payment link. Paying early never loses a day -- the new time is added to what is left. If a month does lapse, your settings, lists and uploads are kept for sixty days, so paying later puts everything back exactly as it was.
