locked out of game please help

hello everyone. I accidentally got locked out of my account as my friend suggested what happens if you try to import your survive the wild data. Since I have the same email linked to both I just had to transfer the username and obviously the account didn’t exist on this server, so I got that message. Then I said, OK, and I wanted to get back into my actually existent account, so I typed in this username, and password for it, only to get hit with the same error. ⚠️ block error, this account does not exist. Saying forgot password didn’t work because it said ⚠️ cannot recover a password for an account that does not exist, however, going into create account and putting in all my data again said :⚠️ this account already exists. Which it clearly does because I can write here. I exited the client completely, launched it again didn’t help, I deleted all game files and it didn’t help because the account login information is apparently stored somewhere else. so, I’m going to try logging in again, I have no idea what to do, can someone please help?
