New in 26.08.2026: The next client update, ticket and mention buffers, the horn, and a clean exit
With the next client update you get two new message buffers. Everything about your tickets (replies, topic changes, a staff member looking at your ticket, ticket notices) lands in its own tickets buffer, and when somebody says your name in a chat channel you get a short mentions note in its own mentions buffer, telling you who mentioned you, in which channel and at what time, never the message itself. You can switch those mention notes off in the privacy options. The car horn on Q works again on existing installations (the key was never being added to older key configs). And the game now closes cleanly when you leave to the main menu after playing and then exit: a music box or car radio stream left running in the background could keep the window hanging, that is fixed.

New in 26.08.2026: Marriage, arenas and accounts, small but important fixes
You can no longer change your gender while you are engaged or married, end the engagement or divorce first. This closes the loophole that let same-gender marriages appear even though the chapel refuses them. Creating an arena could produce a strange arena named after the place you were standing in instead of the type you picked, that is fixed and the arena token is not spent on a bad choice. Two different computers that happen to report the same device ID are no longer treated as the same person, so you will not see a stranger's account in your switch list and they cannot switch into yours.

New in 26.08.2026: A smoother server
Several short freezes were removed. Opening a new account no longer makes everybody stutter, the who has muted me and who trusts me lists are instant instead of scanning thousands of accounts, item spawning and car traffic checks are lighter, and the long login freeze some of you felt is being measured precisely so it can be removed next.

New in 26.08.2026: Staff applications
You can now apply to join the staff team from the game menu (Apply for staff). The form has 30 questions listed one under another; every answer is saved the moment you enter it, so you can finish it later. All questions and the declaration must be completed before you can submit. The staff team reads every application and will contact you.

New in 25.08.2026: Car music no longer jumps into other people's cars
A reported bug where one person's car music would start playing inside another player's car is fixed. Each car's radio now has its own private identity, so two cars can never be mistaken for the same one, and music stays where it belongs: in the car it is playing in, and around that car for people nearby.

New in 25.08.2026: The arena weapon leak is sealed, plus a handful of fixes
The bug behind arena guns turning up in normal bags, the one nigel was using, is fixed at the root: while you carry an arena kit the game no longer writes it to your real saved bag, so a dropped connection in the middle of a fight can never make the kit stick. The kit weapons that leaked out over the months are being taken back from the bags that hold them. Alongside it: you cannot get into a car with your PK on or inside an arena any more, so no more hiding from a fight in a car, and cars are kept out of arenas. Music boxes at home now have a switch, keep filling the whole house as they do now, or set one back to the old way where the sound comes from the box itself as you move around it. Pianos can be picked up and moved: stand on your own piano and use a piano from your bag to take it up again. Express parcels reach more places now, including Belgrade, bear and boar forests. Renaming your character no longer loses the fish in your nets. If you already have a bathroom fitted, the game now tells you where it is so you can find it and take it up. And chicken soup is made properly: simmer the roast chicken in a pot, get your spit back, then add a cup to serve the soup.
